  • Declarations

    1. Protection of Minors

    Learn English UK is legally-bound by existing legislation covering the Protection of Children and will comply with all changes of the law; hereinafter. Accordingly, the following people are not permitted to have any contact with Children:

    •   Anyone who has had a child removed from his, or her, care by an Order of the Court.

    •   Anyone who has ever been convicted of an offence against a Child.

    •   Anyone who has Parental Rights over a Child that has been removed by a Local Authority.

    •   Anyone who has had an Order made against them or Cancelled Registration with respect to the Child Minders  Registration Act, or Children’s Act, as précised above.

  • 2. Medical Diagnosis and Treatment.

    I authorise Learn English UK, or the Host Tutor, to act in the Student’s best interests in any emergency, or other medical manner, in seeking appropriate medical or dental treatment, the costs of which to be solely borne by the Parent of Guardian.
