Eunice – Suffolk
Eunice is an experienced and well qualified EFL Tutor who lives in a traditional English village, close to Ipswich on the east coast of England. She enjoys interacting with others and getting to know people as well as reading and all forms of language expression.
Her aim is to give the student some structure to use new vocabulary and grammar with confidence. Her husband, Geoff, has studied at both Oxford and Cambridge universities, and also enjoys interacting with the students, and learning about their culture. They both play tennis, and have many friends in and around Hadleigh, whom they will gladly share with our guests. They live in a small, medieval market town, within two minutes’ walk of shops, library, post office, pharmacies, health centre, swimming pool, gym and banks. Their house is Grade II* listed: partly medieval, partly early Georgian, with a large, walled garden. They have been renovating it since 2009. Their guest accommodation is comfortable, spacious, and private, with dressing room, en-suite, WiFi, and TV. They can offer a real taste of English life in this area, with its abundance of picturesque villages and towns where ‘old England’ can still be found; stately homes, and all kinds of country pursuits.
