What to see in Corfu?

For a start you have to visit Corfu main town.  A bustling hive of people, churches, markets and taverns.  Going in the evening is just as much fun and a little cooler. Byzantine Churches, Mud Baths on the seashore, ancient roman streets especially in Kassiopi or find out where the Nymphs came to bathe.  All in all more magic and history than you can gobble up.
