My name is Robert and I am a fully qualified TEFL English Language Teacher with an educational background highly focused within the Travel and Tourism Industry. I am 35 years old and live with my wife Uni and young son Blake on a beautiful marina called Sovereign Harbour close to the famous seaside town of Eastbourne and Seven Sisters Cliffs. In my free time I enjoy playing Badminton, Tenpin Bowling and socialising with friends (Karaoke). I am also a keen musician and play the guitar. I also regularly go on walks with my son around the marina and along the coastline to explore new places.

I am well travelled and have been to many parts of the world including Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. This has given me a deeper understanding of different countries culture and traditions.

We are within close proximity to London Gatwick Airport which is around 45 mins by car and around 40 mins by train (direct to Eastbourne Station).

During the last 5 years we have hosted many International Language Students visiting the U.K. from all over the world. This has been a very rewarding and beneficial experience for us as a family and for our students to share our cultures and interests. We always actively encourage students to practice their English during their stay with us and have made many long term friendships through our hosting background.

I have previously worked as a local tour guide, providing escorted tours, within Eastbourne and the surrounding area (including London) to some of the most well known landmarks and monuments as I have a keen interest in History and Cultural Traditions. I would be more than happy to share these experiences with our guests as I strongly believe these tours are highly beneficial in improving students English Language and conversational skills through immersion within the Culture.
