I was born in the Rainbow Nation, South Africa but have made a home for myself under London’s grey skies where I discovered my true passion for helping other people find their paths in life. I offer life and mindset coaching services to clients across the UK and Europe via video conferencing. I am dedicated to help my clients /coaches /students find direction and purpose in their lives and to assist people who feel like they have reached a stalemate in life, to move on and achieve their full potential.
My background is in the legal profession, having completed a Bachelor of Laws degree in South Africa and an advanced certificate in Compliance from Manchester Business School. My rich corporate experience in practising as an admitted attorney for several years as well as a stint as a successful entrepreneur coupled with my passion for helping people get their lives back on track, prompted me to acquire the relevant coaching skills and transform my career. I am also a facilitator and moderator. I train, coach people and I love it. I am continuously upskilling and enjoy reading. At present I am studying to be a non-executive director with NED. I also have a keen interest in health and believe that your health is your wealth. I love making homemade remedies, natural body, and cleaning products. I also have a keen interest in practicing yoga, Qi Gong and stretching. I have recently enrolled in a course on somatic stretching. My biggest strength is people and networking.
I will focus students in their learning, meaning I work with the student’s strengths to build confidence and will design lessons according to the student’s needs, e.g. if visual or auditory etc , development of english language skills and communication is key in teaching and building a good rapport with my students is very important and I always aim to meet my students where they are at.

Alresford is a village of approximately 2,100 people and is situated about 5 miles from Colchester in the Tendring district. It is believed that the name Alresford is derived from the Alders that grew alongside the Ford over the creek between the village and Brightlingsea. The 1° East longitude line bisects the village, which is about 51°51″ North. The village is well served by public transport having its own railway station on the Clacton branch line with direct services by Greater Anglia to London Liverpool Street (http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/) as well as bus services.
We have plenty of things to do locally, apart from taking advantage of the walking and the sea side. We have cinemas, castles, and museums, both locally in Alresford and Colchester but it is easy to get to London to visit museums and to do sightseeing.
